Tomorrow I must write a 500 - 750 word essay on a topic which has not been disclosed. Can someone please give me an idea on the basic principals of writing an essay? Do I write subjectively?Do I just reword what I see? I would like to be somewhat prepared for the unknown if possible...Cheers.

It will give you the basic idea of the structure of the essay, and how to prepare so that you can perform in the time required. If yours is not a timed essay, the general principles still apply.
