Well, start by learning what character education is, by searching for the term on sites such as wikipedia. Then, think of the ways in which one might accomplish the goals of character education. You will then be able to search for the ideas you have come up with, giving you more key words to use in tracking down further research sources.

What kind of instructions did you get for this? The term "character education" could mean that it is about an experience that built up your integrity ad ethics. Or, is it an essay about how a character in a story learns and changes over the course of time.
Can you explain a little about the instructions you received for this? I get mixed results when Googling it...
I took it as referring to the educational approach, but that may be because I wikipedia-ed it rather than googling it, as it seemed like a specific term rather than a general category.
