Are you taking a stand on it, saying that its influence is negative and needs to be reduced, or maybe that it's positive and transparency with the outside world is something that needs to be promoted? Or are you giving a history of it? When you write a paper, the most important thing that you need to have in order to start is a thesis statement.
OP Miss Kitty1959 1 / 1 Jan 19, 2012 #3I am taking a stand against media in the courtroom. I do not believe thr defendant gets a fair trial. I also believe that the judge is also affected by the negative media that goes along with the trial. Thanks!
