For this lesson, choose a topic and submit a Persuasive Essay. The Essay should be 4-5 paragraphs. You may choose your topic; however, choose something substantial enough to include solid support. Closely look at the rubric below for the assignment grading criteria and make sure your topic can meet all the requirements. ( don't worry about the rubric, that is for me)
Can you give me a few essay topic suggestions? Something not too difficult, though I don't mind doing a little research.
I don't want to write on something I have already written, so please suggest something other than these:
- School uniforms/ No uniforms
- School lunch quality
- Double standards for boys and girls/ No double standards
I just need a little push to help me get started because I can't seem to find a topic that I would be interested in writing about.

I suggest that you take this following topics;
- travel,it's origin, how culture is exchanged thru traveling, you will be able to write a lot about this topic
- advance technology, may it be in the IT world, education or sports
- coffee or tea, that's always a good topic to write about
- high heels or flat shoes in going to work, it's safety and it's comfortability
Furthermore, make sure that when you start to write, take note of the following;
- spell check
- proof read
- ideas, thoughts and logical order
- sentence construction
- word use, make sure that the words you use is understandable in order for your message to come across

I think I am going to do either the coffee/tea or the high heels/ flats. Once I have the outline for each, I will pick the one that has more to write about.

I am still writing the essay, but would love some advice and thorough criticizing if you find something.Here is my intro paragraph; the thesis is included:
Shoes are meant to comfort and protect our feet. Majority of high-heels fail at doing either, while flats are capable of doing both. I believe that looks come second to health, and in some cases, are even one in the same. Flats may not give the height that heels do, or give shape to your body the way that heels do, but they do give your feet the protection and comfort that your feet need. They can even add to your outfit. Many women feel that heels are a necessary pain to deal with in order to appear prettier, or even sexier as one would say; I wonder if they truly understand the damage that high heels can do to one's body.
