Testimonial Writing; words to describe myself - Need Advice

Hello, I'm 16 and I need to write a testimonial of myself by tomorrow.

I'm done with writing my achievements but I am left with a self-report but I have no idea how to put it down in words.

Here are some words to describe myself:

Conscientious
People-oriented
Creative
Passionate
Initiative
Resilient

I'm not sure how to elaborate on those traits. Do help me out on this and if possible, suggest a few more traits that I can use :)

I think it is better to you to say that you have good personality and good in analyze
