i really need help with my IELTS writing.Right now i am confused with the topic question. if they ask me abt discusson essay where they ask us abt agree or disagree. what do i have to write. some website only ask us to write abt only 1 topic..while some write about both agree and disagree..so which 1 is it.pls help

I've found some essay writing tips, hope it help .
"Agree or disagree with something.
Example: Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: ONLY people who earn a lot of money are successful. Do you agree or disagree with this definition of success? Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
In this type of question, you MUST agree or disagree. You cannot be unsure or indecisive. After you have said whether you agree or disagree, you must give convincing reasons and examples for your choice."
If the topic says "agree or disagree", it is better for you to only agree or not.
But if the topic says :"Compare two points of view", you need to write about BOTH sides of this issue and then give your evaluation.

Artists like the musician, actors or songwriter should be allowed to express their creative sides to the public. Therefore, some people have argued that there should be no restrictions by the government on this. This essay will outlined on whether the government should set rules or not, on this creative people.
As this is the 21st century, people are allowed to have their say and rights. It goes the same for these artists. They should be allowed to express their thoughts and feelings through music, songwriting or drama. Governments should appreciate this group of people as they bring in revenue for the country by being successful when more people attend their shows and are likeable by people all around the world.
However, government had done a brilliant job in restricting some particular areas. Firstly, for example in most of the nations, there is a age limit of 16 to 18 years old for accessing adult films or those that are censored. This will prevent those young people from watching unnecessary parts that are inappropriate for them. Watching too much of those censored movies can have a negative impact on them now or in the future. Secondly, different people have various opinions when it comes to whether an artists should dress appropriately. For instance, in Brunei which is a Muslim country, governments in Brunei are strict about international artists who are performing there. There should be no vulgarity in the songs or they should dress appropriately. This has been the custom for a long time and people over there have to abide to it or they are not allowed to perform. We cannot argue in this case as it is the custom of the nation.
To put it in the nutshell, though government are doing the right way in having their say by limiting the age limit on the censored films, they should also allow the creative sides of this artists to be in full use by listening to their views.

Paste in material from everywhere, and read it aloud. Speak the words out loud as you learn. Never try to learn language quietly... you have to speak the words and hear them, and feel the mouth forming them... in order to engage all the senses.
It is also great to have a conversation about it with someone in English.
