Out of many unique feature of the school , one is its practical style of teaching. The school enriches its student with different skill, experiences and knowhow of the world on different public policy, strategy and plan of different country in this world. One of the experiences sharing means in the school is on the interactive class discussion, at this time, each and every student should explain their skill, knowledge and knowhow on their own public policies, strategies and plan. Since I am working in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development with responsibility of implementing the National public policy of Ethiopia, I have comprehensive experience and knowledge on the public policies, strategies and plan of our country. So, I will clearly and smartly explain the public policies, strategies and plan of Ethiopia to the school society on the experiences sharing forum. More than this, I am also familiarized on different meeting and training on the public policy of Africa in generally horn of Africa in particularly. So, I can share the public policy of the country's in the horn of Africa and different development indicator of country clearly and precisely. In addition to this, the National population policy of Ethiopia prioritized to conduct national policy oriented research and disseminating the results for the decision maker. So, I will contribute the experience and knowledge I have on the research and the research methodology. Furthermore, Starting from my childhood, I am experienced on participating in different clubs both as facilitator and member of the clubs and association. So, I can do the same things in the school if I got the opportunity. In addition to all, I have one more experience on the environmental conservation and planting. Confidently, I will be exceptional person on conserving the environment of our campus. The last but not the least, starting from my childhood I am very hilarious, funny, hard worker, sociable and energetic person which my character helps me to participate on different fashion and culture shows. The school's foot ball clubs also will get one best player from east Africa.
