STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
INTRODUCTION:
Striving for success, exercising the mind, doing hard work, following methods and techniques, all combine to give sophistication, grace and prestige in academics.
The desire to excel has fuelled my career. Electronics Communications is an industry that has changed our lives. In a very short period it has changed the way we have looked at things since centuries. It is one industry that is going to shape our future for centuries to come. Hence my desire to do masters in electrical engineering with communications as my major .My interest in Electrical dates back the early days of my high school With passage of time I began to consider Electronics and communication as a subject of my college education. My education is marked with great competence. The curriculum and academic flexibilities provided me with a strong background in B. Tech. I was exposed to a variety of subjects. The principles that I imbibed and learnt through various subjects in the Bachelor of Technology have helped me in having a vision. This would help me in my professional life. . I am of firm conviction that suitable opportunity to pursue graduate studies will help in my endeavor towards realizing my goal, paving the path for self-actualization.I My participation in various seminars and Paper presentation helped me to go for a depth of understanding and helped me to secure participation certificates.
ACADEMICS:
Right from my school days I focused my attention throughout my career in school and college to increase my level of awareness to understand life and the associated problems. I passed out from one of the good schools in the city, The Children's Public School where from I secured 84.5% in the higher secondary exam. As the school plays a stepping stone in every child's life, it even encouraged me to do some other extracurricular activities other than academics; it helped me to become a better and an extrovert child. This encouragement and involvement helped me to have an open and a positive attitude in life. I actively participated in Intra School Competitions and awarded with certificates
My liking for science guided me into pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communication (ECE) Engineering. In my undergraduate studies, I have benefited from the breadth of KLUniversity that has given me a comprehensive exposure to the core areas of Electronics and Communication and a strong conceptual understanding and provided a opportunity to do internship in industries for a one full semister. I always enjoyed long hours in the labs. It gave me the opportunity to correlate theory to practical phenomena. This in turn gave me a better understanding of the subject and newer lines of thinking. I honed my computer knowledge with courses in Matlab, C and Labview In these Four years of study, I have striven to maintain an approach of expending independent effort in all my endeavors.
In my third year of Engineering I attended the Linux workshop - During the course of workshop l and gained Knowledge on building sensors and logical drive controls.
Under the guidance of my professors, I have done few mini projects titled "eye blink sensor and accident prevention" The Objective of this project is to develop a system to keep the vehicle secure and protect it by the occupation of the intruders. "Automatic Room Light Controller With Visitor Counter" The main objective is to count the number of persons entering the room and accordingly light the room and here we are using sensors to count the number of persons . In addition to this I have a given a ppt presentation on 4G Technology in mobile communication paper presentation regarding Paper battery and for this paper I was awarded certificate of participation from my college . Working on this paper gave me a sound technical base and also helped me to develop the ability to multitask effectively.
I have done my internship in Indo-German Institute of Advanced Technology for a period of 15 days. This short internship helped me to learn new things about Pic Micro Controllers and Embedded Systems and has given me invaluable practical experience. I also done a industrial practice school for a period of Six months in Nanobright Solar Technologies Private Limited working on the design of "Maximum Power Point Tracking Charge Controller" The main objective of this project is to design a Maximum Power Point Tracker(Mppt). This device will optimize the match between the solar array and the load.
In addition I have been a student member of the IETE (Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers) for the past three years. Through its workshops and publications it has exposed me to a lot of emerging technologies in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication.
QUALITIES:
My deep interest, my aptitude for studies, positive attitude, and efforts to strive for the best, has always guided me on the path of success. I gathered substantial knowledge of the fundamentals of electronics and my teachers began to serve as my ideals in a big way. I became interested in pursuing my goals seriously and aim at contributing to the wellness of mankind in the days to come. I have acquired skills and now plan to attain widespread exposure in electronics. . I am good at Communication. I am oriented towards solving problems and aim to strive to acquire new skills. I keep myself abreast with the rapid changes and the latest trends that occur in electronics.
INSPIRATION:
My dad was a cool and practical person and my best friend who imbibed me with a vision and pursuit of knowledge. They together broadened my vision and help me to acquire the big picture involved in Electronics studies. By remaining positive in spite of hurdles and obstacles has impressed and inspired me in a big way

USA and its best studies motivate and inspire me. By providing me great exposure of the practical aspects it has come to occupy a great place in my heart. It has opened many doors to my future. I can write a success story by availing its solid education and able guidance. My family atmosphere would allow me to focus on my studies and make a mark on my career.
WHY UNIVERSITY:
In my opinion, the Universities in The United States are among the best in the world. It is their emphasis on research that appeals me the most. However, selecting a University to pursue masters in them is not easy as there are several renowned Universities. Hence, I have been cautious and systematic in selecting the University of my Choice. I have made my selection after a comprehensive understanding of the courses offered, distinctions of the faculty and the areas of interest of the Electrical Engineering department of various Universities as displayed in their website
Studies at an esteemed university in the United States is a dream come true for every overseas student and I hope that it turns into a reality soon. The Master's Program in Electrical Engineering suits my needs perfectly. The University has an excellent reputation. The faculty is impressive and I feel I will raise my standards to become a worthy student under their guidance and patronage. Its distinguished team has given a fillip to my goal of pursuing my studies at your university.
