An event that happend in my life that effected me was when my Grandmother Suddenly went into a Diabetic Coma in her sleep .When I spend the weekends with my grandmother I usually get up in the middle of the night to check on her , and this one particular night She was Unresponsive and her lips were purple which indicated that she wasn't getting any oxygen . My cousin started doing mouth to mouth with her until paremedics arrived . They Instructed me that she was just in shock and to calm down . Me and my family did the opposite . We were histerically wailing nonstop . We thought for sure that Her time had come . Thanks to Lakeland Regional three days later my grandmother was talking like nothing had ever happend .

This Was the day that I' realized I wanted to pursue a career in nursing helpi . Over the next couple of months I started to notice that elderly people were being neglected , forgotten about , and thrown into nursing homes . All most of them want is someone to listen and talk to all day .That is why I have been enrolled in Lake Gibson Medical Academy.

Overall, I feel this is not a good response for your prompt. May be you are interested in pursuing a Nursing degree. But this question does not require anything to do with your academic aspirations. It simply ask for an event that you find very meaningful for your life. Here, you need to talk about an event, for which your contribution was meaningful. This event is not the right one in my feeling. Wait for others also to comment on this!
