'healthy diet' - People do many things to stay healthy.

Hi guys, i would like you to correct my essay or write some notes about structure.

People do many different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health?

Generally speaking, there are myriad of activities that help to stay healthy. Anyhow, I would like to state my top priority activities I really benefit from.

First of all, I consider the most significant factor in staying healthy diet. Moreover, keeping a good diet helps to be fit and get rid of extra weight which is a useless burden for our bodies and heart. From my own experience I should mention the role of diet in contributing to my health. As a matter of fact, I am mainly vegetarian and, therefore, prefer vegetables and fruits, inasmuch as, they contain a lot of vitamins and regulate every aspect in our organisms. When I became a vegetarian I clearly remember the positive change in my body and weights lose. In modern society fast food has become a fashion, which has a negative impact on humanity, particularly on health. Fast food contains a lot of fat and chemicals, due to which the rate of obesity has increased. I used to eat unhealthy food, nevertheless, by keeping diet change is inevitable.

In addition to the importance of diet another invaluable thing to do daily is physical exercise. Furthermore, physical exercise is the engine to sustain good mood and body. Also, due to physical exertions organism gets active and overall functioning enhances tremendously. It not only regulates the process of metabolism, but also weight management. It is noteworthy, that in defining health one should not only include physical, since emotional and mental health are also very important. In fact, numerous evidence and testimonies depict the positive influence of physical exercises on mood and mental performance. Hence, exercise is indispensable part of my routine sustaining good mood and health.

In conclusion, diet and physical exercise play a significant role in keeping people healthy by affecting whole body, mood and cognitive functioning.

---------- well.... humanity and health do not go together. When you say humanity, the reader expects you to talk about compassion, kindness, non violence, selflessness etc. etc. that express humanly feelings. However, health is somewhat technical. If you say that becoming vegetarian encourages humanity, then say that it helps non harming other's lives by compelling people to abstain from animal slaughter.
