What to put accross in the Masters In Public Policy-SOP?

Dear Friends,

I will be applying for the masters n public policy , at Oregon. Corvalis.
I need to know what all, should I highlight in the essay. I have a 3 years of banking experience in a developing economy, MBA by profession, and have done enough social work , as a volunteer during college days.

kindly can anyone, guide me what all do I need to put across in the SOP.

your resume shows the past, so let the SOP show your detailed plan for the future. What is the theme of your life's work as you envision it? Show that you have a unique contribution to make.

i think you could mainly state your future plan and add you previous experiece that can prove your skills to realize your plan.
