The quotation stated above enlightens cogently the scenario based on reality. Engineering is the field of emerging ideas and their implementation in real life. Especially civil engineering is one of the noblest fields of engineering that makes it possible to convert imaginations, thoughts and ideas into real life infrastructures. However, nothing is possible without proper management and hence "construction management" plays its vital role in transforming structural design language into a structure, which can be easily seen by everyone.
The strong perspective of 'converting one's desires into actually existing figures' makes it convincing for an individual to opt for the field of civil engineering as a course study to be pursued. The compelling reason for choosing civil engineering was my influence towards the construction work of one of my relative since my childhood. This interest ultimately resulted in my admission in BS in Civil Engineering and currently I am in my final semester.
Additionally, my professional studies have been featured with professional work in a structure designing office and on a construction site too as an internee. Structure Design office belongs to a renowned structural engineer, Engr. Arif Kasam, who also developed software regarding structure-designing in the last decade of 20th century. This software is still under practice in some structure-designing firms in Pakistan. The other one is a construction company named as, Euro Builders. In this construction company, I learnt many construction practices and management of construction phases. These internships proved a milestone in my career as these internships provided me with real exposures to the professional field. Currently, I am working on a structure-designing project under the supervision of a renowned multinational company named, NESPAK.
During my bachelor studies, I got convinced to own a graduate degree immediately after under graduating because then I realized the competent world of professionalism and the necessity of higher education to have some worth in the industry. The selection of construction management is entirely based on my personal interest and the compelling worth this field owns in the industry. I want to be associated with this field throughout my life because it has a vast scope with respect to earning as well as my desire to manage any mega remarkable construction work.
Personally, I am interested in managing projects and maneuvering unexpected situations and surprises into favorable conditions on construction sites. Project management through different techniques like MBO, Budget Curve, Modified Bar Chart, Network Analysis etc. is very useful, however, I want to have in depth learning of these and other diversified techniques both manually and through computerized methods like Primavera, MSP etc. I also love cost and resource optimization which are the basic needs of a project and counted in five M's of construction management.
Therefore, I want to pursue my graduate studies from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, where I am sure to have an explicit exposure to all aspects related to my field. Moreover, the research criterion at the campus is one of the great opportunities that enable an engineer to fulfill his research requirements. Due to this aspect of the university, I got more reluctant to have my graduate degree from the renowned and prestigious institute "King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals". Other reasons for considering King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals for further studies is its worth among the other prominent engineering universities of the world and the facilities provided- which are solely found at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals only.
By the grace of ALLAH, I am regarded as a good student of my class and will continue to maintain my prestige at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. My intent and curiosity in the field of study chosen will accomplish enhancement and betterment in my academic record and consequently will favor and honor the university.
Therefore, to fulfill my aims and objectives, I am very enthusiastic and willing to enroll at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. I will express my gratitude for positive response from the concerned authorities.

Most of what I noticed was just nit-picky. Like, instead of "The quotation stated above," I would say, "The quote above."
