What is the Difference between Literary Writings & Business Writings

Can someone help/tell me what is the difference between Literary wiritngs & business writings?

Do you mean differences in style or differences in type. Business writing includes reports, memos, letters, proposals, resumes, and the like. Literary writing includes poetry, fiction, and essays. In both business writing and literary essays, concision and clarity are hallmarks of good writing. In all forms of literary writing metaphors and other figures of speech are common; such allusions are commonly not found in business writing.

I think literary is a kind of language which is difficult for non-native speakers to understand. But, reading fiction and bedtime stories may help increase these formal words

How can business writing be made more effective?

I cannot really find much information on that topic.
I've got information such as: Importance of good B.W, types of B.W, and effects of bad B.W. I've been told to explain of how factors like technology, competition, globalisation, communication could influence B.W to be more effective.

In fact, the question was too long for the subject title. It is "How can business writing be made more effective in the ever changing business environment?"

Try looking it as an entrepeneur perspective. You should talk about how memorandums can affect the employer-employee ratio. Also try talking a lot about how written proposals can change the life of a person or an entire business in the business envieronment. Talk how competition has affected the different aspects of a business, and how has business writing change that.
