MaryMag96 2 / 3 Nov 7, 2013 #1Following instructions is a fundamental skill taught early. Instructions are vital and can go as far as saving lives. Medicine can turn fatal if guidelines are not followed. Without pre-meditated rules a dose of antibiotics could turn poisonous if miscalculated. In addition, instructions also keep us calm and efficient in emergency situations. Having set rules gives a comforting feeling of predictability in crisis. In case disaster strikes rules keep us safe. Following instructions is an important life saving skill.
