Need Help on Term Paper Outline on Post 9/11 Discrimination

Hey I plan on writing my first post secondary research paper on Post 9/11 discrimination against Arabs. But I'm having a little trouble on writing a rough outline.. So far I have:

Paragraph 1: Intro
Paragraph 2: Arab discrimination before 9/11
Paragraph 3: Arab discrimination after 9/11
Paragraph 4:??
Paragraph 5: Conclusion

I can't seem to figure out what my last body paragraph should be. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hmmmm ... I don't know the parameters of the assignment, but here are a few thoughts:

What can be done to stop the discrimination. What can be done to stop harassment.
What parallels does this have in American history? Japanese Internment during WWII?
Portrayal of Arabs in movies/political cartoons/other media.
Changing stereotypes.

How are you approaching the paper? Are you talking about discrimination, harassment, violence directed toward people, and refusal to accommodate religious practices? Are you focusing on Arabs (people from the Arabian peninsula who speak Arabic) on Muslims (practitioners of Islam) or both? Ethnic or religious discrimination or both?

It's so broad! I hope you narrow the scope in a fascinating way. How about discrimination against Arabs in a particular city? Or focus on a particular kind of discrimination.

For the last paragraph, zero in on your chosen theme, the one you use to narrow the focus. Will you be interviewing people? That would be interesting.
