Please help me with the motivation letter for my Application to the University of Bamberg.
Application for admission to Msc International Software Systems Science program at University Of Bamberg
My name is ________, a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. I hereby express my deep interest to join the above mentioned program in the winter semester of 2016. I graduated in 2010, from Makerere University Kampala and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. I was a good student who earned an excellent mark, graduating with a first class honors. Currently, I want to enhance my knowledge by enrolling for a graduate program in order to meet my academic and career goals.
Pursuing a Master's Degree in International Software Systems Science at the University of Bamberg will be a big milestone in my career advancement considering its international reputation in producing high quality engineers and scholars. It's practice and international oriented approach, small classes, highly qualified and experienced staff are the main components that define a modern institution dedicated to producing practical graduates. This is in line with my goals of attaining a more hands- on degree hence submitting in application.
My three year undergraduate program in Information Technology has formed the basis for my interest towards achieving in-depth knowledge in the area of Software Systems. As part of my final project during my bachelor's degree studies, together with my four other colleagues, I underwent the experience of developing a Case Management System for Uganda's Directorate Of Public Prosecution to help them manage and track cases. Under the supervision of Mr. Gordon Mubangizi our system was taken on as a model to help with development of a fully running system for the directorate.
I have a solid working experience of more than three years in areas of: Software development and Quality Assurance, Database Systems Management and Development, Social Media and Content Management. This experience coupled with my bachelor degree give me a solid background and motivation that I will interactively and successfully complete the course's requirements excellently and on time.
Studying in Germany is a dream come true. Being one of the world's economic powers and the leading exporting country, it has a lot to offer to a scholar of Software Systems Science like me. Besides, the whole Germany community's approach to work is worth experiencing as it holds an international reputation of producing high quality products and services. I know that University of Bamberg seeks only the brightest and most creative scholars. I also know that I have the ability it takes to perform effectively, and that I am excited about the idea of studying in Bamberg.

Hi Firebaby, I would like to share a few insights to your letter.
I find this letter well written, you were able to reveal your true intentions in pursuing the masters program, I also liked the fact that the letter used very specific simple words that definitely expresses your desire for excellence in the field.
However, on the first paragraph, try not to highlight a me-me persona, instead of writing "I have or I graduated", write "Having earned a bachelors degree with first honors", this is more appropriate in giving emphasis to your achievements, it is also very effective in letting the admissions see what you have and what you can become.
Lastly, towards the end of the letter, I suggest that you include a couple of sentences that answers the question; should you be given a chance to pursue masters in this institution, what can you contribute to the academe?
