you could always start out with a quote or maybe some history for an introduction. i am not sure what you mean with a structure, can you tell me more?

You can't come up with a structure or an introduction until you have determined what you are going to say. Do some brainstorming until you have enough ideas to fill an essay. Then organize those ideas into an outline. Only then will you be able to decide what should go in your introduction.

Yes, this would be a good place to start. You could then expand from domestic violence to other forms of violence and go on to express how truly valuable peace is to you.

is this a good topic for what price would you pay for peace?

Peace means something different in in different circumstances. Its kind of like our relationship with God, because most of the time, when everything is going well, we tend to not think about him that much. With peace, if everything is easy and runningt smoothly, we seldom think about what we would do for peace when we already have it. When I was about five years old, there used to be so many domestic problems. The police would have to come to break things up. As a child, I was frightened and I just begged God for peace. I vividly remember going into my bed, sticking my head into the pillow and crying to God for some peace. It was a miserable time. After God had answered my prayer, I stopped wishing for peace because I already had it. I also beleve that peace is the utmost important issue in the world today. So many people are dying for disagreements. In my opinion, any payment is deemed worthy and necessary for peace. Peace saves lives in more than one way. The late rapper, Tupac, once said "They got money for wars, but they can't even feed the poor". If they didn't spend the billions of dollars on war, there would be more money left for those who are starving to death.

I think it's somewhat of a good opening, sort of. However, it is asking more extensively what you pay, so you should be thinking more along the lines of future-what you would be willing to do or plan to do.
