In America the biggest death factor is caused by heart disease which is diet-related disease. As a chef, Jamie Oliver challenge people to stop eating highly-processed food and start to cook and enjoying fresh food. 30 years ago, many foods available are local and fresh but now, big companies make people far apart from the "real" food and offering fast food which added many additive ingredients and sugar.Ensuring what children eats in the school also important things to do. In America, average kids eating fast foods in the school every day which is not fresh and not enough vegetables. It is important to control the children about what they eat and teach them to eat vegetable.
