Essays / Social Problem Solution Research Paper for a computer class [5]

I have to write a problem solution research paper for a comp class. It has to be a social problem that can have a solution that is doable. I am overwhelmed, any suggestions for a topic that has not been overdone but is not too obscure that I cannot find easy sources. I have to use 2 interviews and 8 current sources! Any help would indeed help, just to get me going, I am writing so many papers my brain hurts! (needs to be 10 pages)
