HARDEST DECISION I EVER MADE ESSAY - HELP to start?

Hi everyone,
I was assigned to write an essay on 'The Hardest Decision I've Ever Made' and I'm stuck for ideas? It says that I should spend at least a hour and a half writing it and it can be made up if I want. The thing is, I'm stuck for ideas. Does anyone have any ideas how I could start it?
