Scholarship / The MBA program in Australia - AAS- use the knowledge, skills and connections [2]

This is my statement writing on this question:
Please:- a) give up to three practical examples of how you intend to use the knowledge, skills and connections you will gain from your scholarship. Possible tasks can be personal and/or professional; and
b) list any possible constraints you think may prevent you from achieving these tasks.*:

Firstly, the MBA program in Australia will expose me to international business environment and real-world case studies, which will strengthen my skills in financial management and strategic planning. Hence, I will use these skills to improve business planning and budget-friendly system for business succession and sustainability, especially in the competitive market in Cambodia.

Secondly, I will work on transferring my knowledge and expertise to the community through online content or small workshops. Many micro and small enterprises lack details education of digital tools and modern management techniques. Therefore, through lessons on topics such as digital marketing, monitor market trends, and encourage innovation. I intent to help business owners improve their operations and adapt to changing market demands.

Lastly, the connections and network I built during my studies will be an opportunity to increase business cooperation and knowledge exchange. Working with international people will help me gain new ideas, explore business opportunities, and apply best practices to my business. Those connections will expand creativity and innovation from diverse viewpoints

There are some challenges that may affect my plan. Currently, the conflict between Cambodia and Thailand have caused instability for business in Banteay Meanchey province, including my own. As the majority of our customers are farmers, the war causes them to have poor financial situation, which affects the sales. Moreover, the instability of the country situation makes many businesses less willing to expand. The intense price-based competition in both national and regional market also limits revenues. However, local businesses have learned to adapt with these challenges. Locals are becoming more flexible, moving away from traditional ways, and embracing modern business knowledge.

Scholarship / Accounting, Business, and Finance - AAS- 3. study and your career [3]

Hello, this is a statement for Australia asia award, it is my first time writing it so i am not sure if i did it right. I try to use short term and long term plan method to the writing.

Although I got my bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, I know that it is not enough to maintain and grow business in competitive markets. Through Master of Business Administration, I will be able to learn about digital marketing and strategic business planning. These skills will help me to identify market trends, build branding, and customer loyalty for sustainable business growth.

In the first two years after returning, my goal is to expand my family business through e-commerce by using digital platforms such as Facebook and TikTok to boast sales and build brand. I will use the knowledge I have gained from my studies and observations in Australia and apply those practices with business in Cambodia. Within the first six months, I aim to expand sales to other provinces and increase sales at least 15%. At the same time, I also want to create videos to share modern business strategies on a Facebook page for local entrepreneurs. I'll post twice a week to reach more people. This will help them learn more about business and make transition from traditional to modern business practices.

By continuing to focus on e-commerce, our business can reach customers all over the country in five to ten years. Thus, I plan to diversify my business beyond electrician and power tools by including affordable electronics such as fans, lighting products, and home appliances, to meet the rising demand from young consumers. Secondly, I plan to expand physical operations to Battambang Province. This expansion will create 5 to 10 new job opportunities for locals, including skilled technicians and sales professional to meet with customer demands.

These career goals directly aim to resolve key development challenges in Cambodia, like the limited digital adoption and lack of business knowledge among micro and small enterprises. By modernizing my business and sharing knowledge, I hope to help local entrepreneurs, create employments, and contribute to the development of nation.

Scholarship / To bridge the gap - AAS-statement on solving a challenge [2]

How have you contributed to solving a challenge and to implementing change or reform? (Be specific and include: what aspect/s of your leadership knowledge, skills and practice you consider to be well established and effective; which people or organisations you worked with to solve the problem; and what creative methods were used.)*:

During my foundation year at Build Bright University, I noticed that many students from rural areas struggled to use computers. I conducted an informal questionnaire and found that, due to financial situation and lack of computer training centers in their towns, they had minimal to no prior experience with computers. As a result, it affected their academic performance, limited job opportunities, and career development.
My goal was to introduce a study program to bridge the gap. I proposed a part-time computer literacy course tailored for beginners to master essential skills like Microsoft Office, email management, and file organization. I was responsible to gain approval from the IT professor, who was also the Vice Principal at that time to approve and launch the program.
I applied communication and persuasion skills by using a two-pronged strategy to gain his support. First, I addressed the academic impact, explaining how the program would improve student academic performance and the university's reputation. Second, I highlighted that the program is a new source of revenue. Additionally, I volunteered as a teacher's assistant in one of the classes, helping students that required extra guidance with hands-on support and ensure they can develop strong foundation skills.
The Professor approved the idea and successfully launched the program. We started three classes at different times due to high demand. The program was successful with around 60 students finished the course and the school earned approximately 3000$. Participants gained confidence and independence in using computers, they can also do their assignments without struggle and improve their long-term career opportunities.
This experience taught me that leadership includes identifying problems, creating effective solutions and communication strategies. Through MBA, I aim to enhance my strategic thinking, leadership abilities and decision-making skills which are important to manage and improve business operation.

Scholarship / AAS-Statement MBA Melbourne or Monash - Essay for purposed course and institution [2]

Please kindly review my Essay and provide any recommendation and correction. Thank you in advance!
I chose to pursue my Master degree in Business Administration because I want to improve my abilities in Business Sector in order to support business development in Cambodia, specifically small and medium enterprises (SMEs). While helping with my family business that deals with equipment and power tools. I have gained hands-on experience in customer relations and basic management and I realize that a majority of decisions in local business rely on experience rather than actual knowledge of business. In addition, there is shortage of skillful human resources despite of the population of SMEs and the number of supports on local business and products in Cambodia has risen. The situations limit the possibility of potential growth, competitive advantage and sustainability.

I selected the University of Melbourne that provides wide range of subjects and real-world practices. The Innovation boot camp and Immersive Business Experience (IBE) attract me the most because they will bridge the gap between theory and real business world, which provides practical skills to develop business strategies, improve decision making skills, and boost innovation and creativity. Through this program, I hope to meet and build connections with professionals from diverse backgrounds thus expanding my career opportunities and gain access to diverse perspectives.

Alternatively, I also chose to study MBA at Monash University that specializes in digital transformation, financial management and leadership. Therefore, I can get better at digital marketing, communication, networking and better decision- making that are significant for my future intention to expand market of my business and share my knowledge and skills through social media platforms and online communities to support SMEs grow sustainably to adapt their business with the rapid changes of current economic environment and expand their business during this challenging economic environment.
