Some people believe that competitive sports, both team and individual, have no place in the school
Almost any day of the week you can look at the newspaper read articles discussing the competitive sports, both team and individual have no place in the school curriculum. There are several controversial points of view on this issue. The first regards students who are interested in sport and do the sport. On account of this there are 2 opinions.
On the one hand, it is obvious that school do not have a such opportunity and facilities. Because in schools students study and get knowledges not do the sport. So have not place in the school curriculm. It does not matter whether you like it or not you have to recognize the fact that in schools subjects play more important role than sport. Probably nobody would argue that actually it is so.
However, this attitude may cause a lot of concerns among people who believe that competitive sports, both team and individual must have place in the school curriculum. Because, nowadays there are people who suffer from overweight. So, school should pay attention more the sport. After some students will not suffer from such problems. Actually, in students life school and sport play valuable roles. However, there are students who do the sport after school. If they have sport section in school they do not have need to go other places. It would be more comfortable for students. Also,there will be more interested on sports that they could be more take a part in competitions among schools.
I fimly believe that in the future competitive sports,both team and individual will have a place in the school curriculum.
