I was asked to write a letter of motivation for to be able to study at my dream university. As I am not a native speaker, I am quite unsure about the formulations, could you please have a look and correct me wherever I sound wrong or strange to a native speaker's ears ? Also I am not really good with commas in english
The only regulation was that it should be A4 Format.

LETTER STARTS HERE
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
After I have spent a year working and living in London, I realized that with my great interest in different cultures and my pursuit of success, I should be studying something that prepares me for a job on an international level. This is why I decided to quit my studies that limited my career to Germany only. In my search for the ideal university for me, I found that the IBU program of [xxx] meets and even exceeds my expectations of business related education.
International Business Studies interest me, because it gives me the opportunity to gain a broad and at the same time profound knowledge about economics. Although now I think, that I would like to work in human resources and organizational administration, I am well aware of the wide spectrum of business studies. It excites me that my multifarious subject will enable me to choose a job in an internationally diverse environment and my task will not be monotonous but will always bring new challenges and give me the opportunity to develop further, personally and professionally.
Having intensively read your study regulations, I am absolutely convinced that your university fits my perception of what my education should look like best. The cooperation with the Anglia Ruskin University is of special interest to me, not only because of my relationship with Great Britain, but also because I find it important that the international aspect of my studies is not only covered in theory but also in practice. By studying a whole year in an English speaking environment I can gain solid experiences in an international context already during my studies. From one of your students I have heard that your view of IBU as an application-oriented economics degree can also be found in your teaching methods and that you provide the mix of gaining soft skills and academic knowledge that I am looking for in my education. Strong communication and organization skills belong to my competences that I strive to further evolve at your university, also I have already had the chance to show my leadership skills in my part time jobs and I am looking forward to being trained on an academic level.
A letter of this length does not allow me to fully express my will and excitement to study a subject that has always been of great interest to me but I hope it tells you that I am the most motivated person one can be and that I would love to contribute to the community of your students If I were given the chance to study at the [xxx]
