This project is involved in development and sustenance of "tool name". I mentored and monitored Bapuni during the course of 2.5 years that he spent in this project.Bapuni was selected to our project after rigorous selection process based on series of tests and interviews, where he stood out among the crowd by securing highest score in written test. He has good understanding of the Computer Science subjects and showed a tremendous appetite for learning new technology. Within few months of his work at the "name", he was able to understand complex products like "Product name" and made valuable contributions in the same. His ability to quickly understand the issue at hand and the complexities involved was outstanding.One of his strengths was the ownership he had towards the activity assigned. He was always successful in ensuring that the assigned task was completed in time with good quality. At the end of all activities, he would document the lessons learnt and best practices. Also, repetitive tasks would be automated to reduce turnaround time and improve quality of deliverable. Bapuni's ability to learn quickly made him one of the best performing engineers in our team.
