(Dealth penalty for Child Rapist) - starting research paper?

I am looking for help on how I would go about starting a research paper on the following subject: Death Penalty for a Child Rapist. It has been a long time since I have done a research paper and I have no clue as how to go about starting it....What type of format to use...

start with moral values.and why such kind of acts take place in society.

First, start by word searching each key word, then combinations of key words, while keeping notes on links of interest from each "here is the hint coming up" header that will naturally develope. Then use these headers to your advantage by sorting out what matters and what does not. Then start with a good contraversial question (can not give you). Create an intrduction, followed by your interest and then on into the backgrouding of your subject.Then the contents of your "headers" followed by a discription of who you can came into contact for this info and from where, then alalysis and conclusion. Then submit back here.
