First, as a university lecturer, I will implement my knowledge of gut health management and advance nutrition in alternative feed additive and supplement to develop evidence-based curricula. I will integrate and develop case-study-based learning focus on formulating precision feed based on local raw materials conditions. This aim to equip hundreds of students with industry-ready formulation skills.
Second, I will broaden my connection with Australian professors to initiate joint research and publish research on locally-sourced synbiotics premix prototype in reputable international journals. Achieving this international recognition will solidify my scientific credibility as a trusted expert in animal nutrition, providing validated and stable alternative to antibiotic growth promoters by both farmers and industry. This directly mitigating the risk of antimicrobial resistance in the food chain, ensuring that animal protein production in Indonesia meets global health standards.
Third, in the long term, I will establish an integrated farm layer nutrition center to translate laboratory research into practical training for small-scale farmers in Yogyakarta. Through these trainings, I will produce modules on precision nutrition, farm management, and alternative feed additive applications. My target is to assist at least 50 farmers annually in improving their daily productivity and transitioning to sustainable and AGP-free farming. Ultimately, these actions will ensure a stable supply of safe and high-quality animal protein to contribute to Indonesia's Free Nutritious Meal Program.
