hey, i have to write a presonal essay 700-1000 words for a competition: Every book has an unique story ,and every person has a different story ,too. I may not be the brightest student or a stockiest player in any sport team but i have experiences ,abilities and quirks that make up for my lack of extreme intelligence and athletic ability.Neighter i will say i am a perfect child ,but i am myself.i am not of those kind of people who tend to be someone else.i only tend to be myself .On paper,i may seem like every standard achieving student :i have sufficient grades,have taken part in a variety of competitions,and i am involved in various clubs centered on communications and charity.Yet,it is likely that other applicants are involved in the same clubs,have taken the same classes and have been part of a team .It is the person -an extraordinary bundle of dreams , ambitions and quirks.
I grow up with the immense support of my family,the most important people in my life.I live in a cosy apartment,in the centre of the town with spectacular view of the old part of Veliko Turnovo.The person who helps me to grow up faster is my brother,Nikola.HE is 3 years older than me ,but although the difference in ages we get on well .Despite having a difference in ages ,we have contrasting opinions,too.for example , nikola thinks the most important thing in life are friends and parties ,whereas i consider family, sport and education to be the most important.So,it is interesting for others to see us arguing ,sometimes it is very funny.I have so many experiences with my brother but the one which i have been laughing atalways is when i was 4 years old.We were having so many toys and my brother told my that after midnight they became alive. I was so scared and all night i was waiting them to start moving and talking .althoug it did not hapen ,as you can suppose, nikola always starts laughing when he remmembers ,the first time he joked with me.The person who does not like when we make tricks on each other is my mother . She is a taxinspector and she is the person who is always encouraging us to do our best at everything and to try new things .Sometimes i think she does not understand me but,after while i realise she have made the most appropriate decisions.As i was younger i was not interested in dancing at all,but she obliged me to attend dancing classes,which i attended about 5 years.Now i am proud that i can dance tango and valse ,and that is one thing which makes me to stand out from the others ,because i do not know many people at my age who can show off with such an ability.I am keen on so many thing i had been training karate,handball,national dances and gymnastic. My grandparents also make a great influence on my life.My grandmother is so kind and she does everything for me and my brother .i am named after my grandfather and i love my name .when i say `my name is Borislava`i remid my grandfather - the most energetic person i know. He always makes fun and all my friends tell me he is amusing.I do not know anyone he cannot cheer up.my grandparents are having a house in the country and everyweekend they have guests.I and my grandpa have a tradition after dinner to drees up stange clothes and dance till the morning .we sometimes put some masks and it is a great fun ,almost every night older and younger we jump into the pool and start singing.IN my family we always make fun . my mother and my grandparents are making me so confident and learn me never to give up .Before 3 years i was living in a small town near veliko turnovo called pavlikeni.When i heard the new that we were moving i could not stop crying.i was happy there with my friends.but as my mother said `the bigger town ,the bigger opportunities`, i do not have choice i have to move .the first day in my school,i felt awful.My class didn`t want a new classmate,especially from a smaller town.they tried not to communicate with me ,but i knew i am going to study there fot 3 years so i have to make new friends.i started talking with them ,to tell stories about my life just to make them friendlier.firstly ,they did not like me at all,but after 1 month they started talking with me and since then the people who looked down at me reallised that i am their friend.
Now am in secondary school and have a new class ,we are so close it might be because we are 28 girls and none boy but we get on perfect. I try to be a friend with everybody ,so may be that is the reason why the previous year i was choosen by my classmates to take part in the school parlament - the place where students discuss problems of our school has and also we organise many events.the bigger we have organised is the last year charity concert .it was a big challenge because we needed sponsors who we have to persuade to support us.the first meeting we were having i was so nervous.i was bringing all details and documents we had but i was thinking that something bad will happen.when the buisnessmen wanted the documents and to my surprise i was the only one who brought it so i made i good first impresion .as the haedmisstress saw the concert and talked with the sponsors she made me a president of our school parlamed,i was so proud.this year i refused to be on the top of the parlament because i do not have enough time for other activities .i am in the volleyball team ,and i play in the center as well as that i joined a tourist group ,which i find interesting as i meet people from all around the world.we have to go around with foreighn groups of people and show them my home town,it is really educational as you learn new things.BUt the thing i like most is that you learn to talk in front of many people without being confused. what i am interest also is the game of my life -valleyball.i cannot imagine my life without my team and the competitions.we are the second in my town.we are having the best trainer he always want to be better and better .sometimes when we think we won`t win and he starts to encourage us that we are the best the funniest and the strongest team ever ,so we become more confident.MY teammates are older than me but i find it challenging to compete with students older than me.i think it is more interesting when there are diffiefulties ,because when we overcome them we become stronger and i think it is good practice for the real life because in life you do not compiet with people on your age .now i am not so good at swimming and i am thinking about starting swiming course, but i also want to start training tennis and cannot wait to start new course and to meet new people the beggingg of the course for me is the most exciting as you do not anyone and you have to work hard to keep up with the others.
I am not person who things i will ever fullfil something without hard work. for me the good result comes from hard work.and as i know i want to study abroad i am determined and know that if you want something you should do your best and hope that it would happen.the reason why i want to go abroad is not only to meet new people to visit new place,but also to improve my english and rusion and as well as that to start new course,i new that in England and THe United states Drama courses are very popular but in Bulgaria they aren`t and i really want to give it a go .Well i am not like the other i wouldn`t say i will go there because i want o learn about the history of the country neighter to learn the traditions i would say that as i go in a new country i would develop my qualities of communication and have the chance to show everybody what my trainer have learnt me what my teachers еducated me how my parents have brought me up and show myself that i can do everything.This experience would help me to underestrand wheather i am enough prepared for the future and decide where i want to live because we should not wast our time to fullfil our parents dreams ,but we have to try to make our dreams come true.
