The policy of applying biotechnology in
agricultural research and production is being the most prioritized in the
developing strategy of Vietnamese government as well as my institute. However,
the central Highlands is a remote and disadvantaged area that is serious lack
of qualified staffs. Therefore, this
scholarship will provide me the chance to cultivate knowledge and skills so as
to organize and lead WASI's staffs on my return. Beside, with knowledge and
skills achieved after studying in Australia, I can train and build up a research
team with highly biotechnology skills for the sake of strengthen research
capability of WASI.
