I focus to learn about wildlife

Being a wildlife veterinarian is always be my passion. Therefore from college, I focused to learn a lot about wildlife. Become a volunteer in some wildlife organization also align with my dream job that I've reached in this day. During my profesional time, I've work with every aspect in wildlife conservation, from clinical aspect in every individual animal, to general matter in population. It help me to see a lot of point of view about the conservation condition and challenge in Indonesia. Consequently, I feel to have to develop my ability to contribute more in my country.

When I have to choose the place for my higher education, UK is the best location for me. There are a lot of world-top rank university with international student and community. In addition, there are many organizations and cooperation between Indonesia and UK in the field of conservation, this can mean a lot for the future. I've chosen the course that related to wildlife conservation. This course will help me to gain a higher capacity in this field.

My first choice is MSc Global wildlife health and conservation program at xxx. This course is very related to my current job as veterinarian in wildlife sanctuary. By joining this course, I can deepen my knowledge and skill in wildlife rehabilitating and captive. I also can expanding my ability in wildlife disease ecology, surveillance and control. This modul is important to help me extending my working field in the future. Both of that things is my reason why I choose this course as my first choice. To improve my skill in clinical aspect, this course also provides practice session in xxx Zoo.

MSc Wildlife Health at xxx is my second choice. The modul in this course will strengthen my ability in management of wild animals and the epidemiology, treatment and control of wild animal disease, both in captive or free-living wildlife. The main reason I choose this University as my second choice is this course also taught joinly by one of UK well-known organization that help Indonesia conservation effort. This mean that I can reinforce the cooperation beetwen Indonesia and UK in the future.

My third choice is MSc Animal Behaviour in XXX XXX University. The modul provided in this course can help me to gain an understanding of the application in animal behaviour and technology that can be applied in conservation. I am interested to learn about animal behavioural ecology and conservation, also DNA based technologies. In Indonesia,those techniques are start to developing as one of the effort to solve modern conservation problem, and there's still few people who focused in this field. So its a prospacable field for me to contribute more. Beside that, this course also have some project site in Indonesia. That means that a good networking can be developed stronger.

Afitri, you need to deliver a paragraph that explains you academic background. The college background that you have in Veterinary Medicine will help the reviewer assess your abilities as a wildlife conservationist in addition to your professional background. Your professional background can also use some expanding as you do not really indicate any specific reason why you feel a need to change something in the conservation condition of Indonesia. You need to make a more definite plea as to why you feel a need or what reasons you have for needing an advanced level of academic study in the field of wildlife. Please correct the spelling in your university choices from "modul" to "module" as the previous version contains the wrong spelling of the word. From what I have read of your university choices, you are very clear about how you wish to proceed with our education and why. So I would not change the content of those paragraphs anymore.
