describe my career aspiration and personal attributes

Hi there,
I'm Nisa and it seems that Sarah and I are having the same problem on scholarship essay. I've no idea how to get my essay started and frankly,I don't know what to write! I've go through many web pages on the samples but the idea has not yet bloom! I'm trying applying for Gamuda Scholarship and the deadline is just around the corner. It's on 15 April!! That particular essay needs me to describe my career aspiration and personal attributes that would help in achieving my ambitions in approximately 300 words. And now I'm cornered and blank!!

I think your topic should depend on your strategy. If you were the reader, how would you decide who is most deserving of the scholarship? I think readers favor candidates with the clearest plans.

If others just write general things about abstract concepts, but you outline a clear, detailed plan for the future, I think you will have the advantage.
