Firstly, I would use my knowledge I gain from the experience I have on my doctoral degree to improve my translation skills and to share what I gain to my students and everyone who would like to know about translation, either as foundation to start their own translation project or just learn translation.
Secondly, I would like to create a learning atmosphere and learning habit to my students, including reading habits that I certainly will experience abroad that will not usual be applied in Indonesian educational system. In this learning atmosphere, everyone is equal and lecturer is not the one who is considered the best person who knows everything. It should be an equal role between students and lecturer as lecturer is the one who directs students to improve their skills.
Thirdly, with the connection I will make during the program, I would like to share what I will gain next from other professionals in translation studies to anyone interested to translations, so that it will give better impacts to translation studies in Indonesia, mostly in my hometown. 4782 You are constantly saying the same thing in the 3 reference points. You are failing to disclose the 3 methods by which you hope to achieve these intentions. For every intention, there must be a plan of action regarding its implementation and development. There are 3 areas you have to justify in this essay:
Knowledge - Information transference and sharing through a specific learning method. Either through workplace training of your peers or some other method
Learning Atmosphere - Perhaps you would be willing to be an online tutor to those wanting to develop their basic skills? Maybe become an in-class lecturer? Or something along those lines
Connections - promotion of the scholarship through network enhancement within your workplace or other channels. How would your network be able to help you further promote information sharing and development? Why would this benefit your country? These are some of the considerations for the networking explanation that you may consider.

Your example is too general, maybe you can be more specific. For example, provides translation services and/or workshop for (...). And also, because it is for a doctoral degree maybe you can relate one of your answers to the fields of research.
My advice, please see the outcome skills of the course/research that you will gain from your doctoral degree and then make an answer base on those skills. Therefore, you will have specific and personal answers for your essay. Keep spirit !!!
