As it is truly said" You are never old to learn" .Knowledge and education in the field of Arts and Technology are what I have been seeking since I finished my high school in 2002. Because I have always been interested in the Arts, Technology I decided to join Instructional Technology department of Al-AQSA University in 2002. During my study of Instructional Technology I enhanced my knowledge and my skills because I made an excellent model of a hard-working, keen, punctual and dedicate student . Thus, most of my professors encouraged me to go ahead on my high studies.
As a kind of both encouragement and honor the department of Administration of Public Relations gave me the chance to training at the university for three month, gave me many experience work at the university during that month of work, after that i have chance to work and study, Then I have worked at United Nations for two years as secretary, enter data , typing official invoices, letters and reports, answering calls and managing appointments and meetings between managements and customers, sending, receiving, forwarding emails to the concerned persons,. After I had worked for the United Nations I had another chance of Artistic work at the AL Maqdisya for media and Artistic Production. I worked there for three years during which I exercise creativity to complete commercial-quality television animation and other productions and editing, writing script for the films, and I made an excellent instructor. At the same time of my work at the (AL Snara for media and Artistic Production) the manager nominated my name to work at The United Nations (UNRWA). I have been working there for more than two years and I have worked as an editor for hundreds of TV lessons, Production, editing and presentation of a segment of Al Hara- UNRWA's unique educational series, Management and operational oversight of the production process and development preparation and provide of 20 scripts and a content map for the 20 episodes, at the UNRWA. Being a volunteer staff member of the UN I plan to work in the Artist Editing department of UNRWA TV. This channel offers another way to support and assist the students and their parents in the field of education. By providing lessons in math, Arabic, English and science for grades 4-9. And are expanding the range of programs offered to include other topics and priority areas according to the feedback received from the community. The channel also provides educational and recreational materials that promote the Palestinian heritage and culture, as well as providing information on the services provided by UNRWA, such as mental health, women's rights and democracy human rights.
As it is commonly said " practice makes perfect" After I had got a satisfying experience in the field of DV Editing, Art and Administration I started to glitter at the work market to the extent that I have worked for almost most of the well-known centers of Media and Arts .
My work experience has not been restricted to the field of administration and Media; I have worked in the field of Art since I was a student. I am used to draw cartoon for News paper such as El-Haya and El- Ayam News paper
The Mind-Body Centre always hires me to work for them in the field of both draw and design as well.
Even though I have got wide experience in a variety of work fields, I think this experience is still incomplete and needs to be improved. Through having a degree in Human rights I can improve and develop my country by bridging the cultural gap between it and the world via bringing new ways of thinking and new ideologies. Studying human rights does not only serve the cultural exchange, it also serves the academic field by following modern methods of teaching than the traditional ones which kill the practical value of knowledge.

I aim to improve my talent and humble knowledge of human right and arts from the large number of international and British lecturers who will taught at the university in British. Britain is the warm bosom for human rights all over the world. I like to develop my style and my knowledge of human rights with art philosophical schools to gain and exchange experiences with all the participants at the university. I hope to improve my project which offers a national message about the bad conditions of youth and expresses the reality of their conditions. I collect photos and items that are consistent with the youth bad condition away from youth violence to change reality in a peaceful way so as to participate in the intellectual change and be a tool for peace.
Travelling to Britain will help me to develop my art talent and develop my English Language as I had a course because I really adore English. I look forward to contribute in the change and educating youth of the importance of art as a tool of peace and stability in the society.
I would like to have the opportunity to mingle with another culture especially because I adore the civilization of the Britain and their culture, language and trying always to learn their language. I hope to participate in this event in order to live the experience at the university in Britain because it is a state which is interested in human rights and art.

Hard working is the main key to every step of success but Luck has also some role to achieve those successes. So many people's are there in this world who work very hard but still do not meet their basic need. They are below the line of poverty and are dying of starvation from my every day experience and observation i can totally disagree with the statement. I think people should have good luck also lead their hard worktowards success.
At first, i would like to give an example to corroborate my opinion, famous football player Diego maradona was nothing more than a good player among his friends, before he found by a coach, playing football amazingly in a ground. Then he took maradona and trained him, letter he become the world champion football player, so far as i know about him every single person who has listen about football or who love football, know his name.
This achievement is not only the result of his hard work. To get found by coach his good luck.
Further more, without hard work it is not possible to find your destination, you should have update knowledge and skills to finalize your task. It doesn't mean that luck has nothing to do with finding your destination, it brings opportunity and chances for you to show talent and skills to express and prove yourself.
