"My Hacking Dream" NTU Scholarship ESSAY

Having scored a perfect ten in mathematics and science in my tenth board exam, my parents agreed to gift me a camera, a long standing demand. That was a chance for me to try and master photography is my hobby. I looked up online and decided to buy one online. I bought one for ten thousand rupees only to know that my dad had been charged seventy five. Soon we realized we were victims of hacking. This was my introduction to hacking. Over the next few years i have self learnt about hacking and developed a strong house in computer security. Data inscription and related issues. I like the field and have decided to make my future in that field. I would like to pursue engineering in computer science and make a mark in this field of system and network security.

i could write only 140 words...Can anybody help me get some more contents...

"I had a good confidence and belief in making a short film. I along with my friends started that challenge and completed in a short span of 2 days. I had good leadership quality that I took the video and photos (which was my hobby), directed and did all the work related to editing. That was the occasion I realized that I can also be a good leader."

Bitter experience leading to Passion
I am a hard worker and work with perseverance. I have demonstrated that in several science exhibitions that i have participated in and in academics. I bought my computer when I was studying my sixth grade for getting meritorious in that class by my dad and I predominantly used it for academic purposes and gaming only. Having scored a perfect ten in mathematics and science in my tenth board exam, my parents agreed to gift me a camera, a long standing demand. That was a chance for me to try and improve photography skills and soon enough it became my hobby. I looked up online and decided to buy one. I bought one for ten thousand rupees only to know that my dad had been charged seventy five thousand. Soon we realized we had been victims of hacking. This was my introduction to hacking.

This incident shifted my focus of my computer usage from gaming to learning and developing interest over computer security and programming.

Over the next few years I have self learnt more about computers and programming and developed special interest in computer & web security, data encryption and related areas. I like the field and have decided to make my future in that field. I would like to pursue engineering in computer science and make a mark in the subfield of system and network security.
