In February 2020, I became the Head of the Committee for the Salatiga District Court Hearing. This activity facilitated students to have a discussion with a judge about how court judgments are made and about court judgments that caused controversy in the community. For that, we needed a theme that represents these problems and I offered "Achieving Justice in Judge's Decision" which was approved by other committees and the Steering Committee. We realized that there is a problem that may the material presented is not in sync with the audience's needs. As the head of the committee, I instructed the Program Division to prepare discussion trigger questions to anticipate the unfocused discussion. Other than that, with other committees, I compiled a Discussion Introduction which contains the main materials that must be conveyed by the speaker synchronized with the discussion trigger questions. On the day of the activity, with the trigger questions that had been prepared and the Discussion Introduction that had been delivered, many participants were enthusiastic to ask questions and on the other hand, the invited judge had prepared the material being asked so that both students and the judge received feedback as expected.
From August to October 2020, I volunteered in A Better World Festival which mobilized communities throughout Indonesia to make social actions in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. One of my tasks was to prepare webinar themes on issues of equality, environment, health, and education. On the basis of the analysis of the latest issues, 2 of the 4 themes I suggested were adjusted and used by Campaign.com as the themes for the national webinars at the peak of A Better World Festival. The 2 themes discussed Mental Health in the midst of a pandemic and the challenges of distance learning in villages and cities. For this contribution, I was selected as a Volunteer of The Week and was nominated for the best Liaison Officer Leader along with 5 other volunteers.

Neither of these presentations will actually impress the reviewer because of the academic and unimportant nature of the topics you dealt with. There is no evidence of leadership development, skills and practice that would help impress the reviewer. The events depicted are "ordinary" and are forgetful. It is unfortunate that your relevant experience is not truly challenging and did not truly represent a change or reform. The question is looking into your ability to change the situation in your country as a future leader. This is a weak representation of that requirement. It cannot be used as a strong response. It will weaken your chances at the scholarship. This response may be enough to remove you from consideration due to the irrelevance of your response.
Actually, I have experience as a volunteer to teach students about the Laws of Electronic Information and Transactions because of the rampant hate speech and defamation committed by students in my country. I hope it's more challenging and represents a change or reform. Thank you
