Hello, help me to improve my goal study. I would like to add methodology on how I will conduct my research at the end. But for now, this is my draft.

Effective People Management

I am studying the topic on how people management affects the training development of people or employees inside the business because as I work in the operations there are many leaders or managers managing employees and I saw different results on the progress of their training. As training system is established, I believe that the people management takes part on the development of people. Some developments were noticeably fast but there are some that even though all needed materials and training was done the development was little. I want to study this topic to help my readers (leaders, managers and students) to know how to improve the people management inside the business or organization that will result to continuous progress of people and will result to performance consistency and business profit. Ultimately, I hope that this topic will help my readers to develop effective people management towards training and development.

My propose research title is The Effects of People Management to Training and Development of Employees Towards Business' Profit.

During the research I will study and compare employees and managers with the same field during their training period. The employees will have different managers and trainers. I will assess the progress, style of management and I will conduct background research and interview to the participants and to evaluate how people management and effective training affects the development and how it will affects the business' profit.

The first question you will be asked is "Where do you plan to conduct this research?", not just how. You answered the how part. The "where is important" because you will need to do the research within a company. So, will this be done during your own internship at a company in Korea? Or will you need the help of the relevant university department heads to gain access and permission to conduct the research in a professional setting? Where, is the most important part of your thesis presentation at this point.

I think you should narrow down your field of discussion to something that directly relates to your profession. That way, the methodology will have a smaller consultation base and thus, more accurate and applicable results for your research. Maybe adjust the title of your research a bit to include the fact that you will be focusing on how the improvements of team members and leaders seem to be minimal in certain instances even though all the training and training methods were completely applied to their seminars and training sessions. You did mention this early in the goal of study presentation. In other words, narrow down your scope and reflect it in the title. That way you can create a more achievable expected outcome based upon your research method.

Actually, I would like it to conduct in Korea and in similar setting that I had here. Like a in food corporation or in a hotel industry that required training to gain skills and performed the task. Or do you have any suggestions.

My time is running out. :(

I will just focus my title on the factors that affects the improvement of.. Sort of. I'm going to do it later.
