In my point of view about leadership and leaders that a leader is a person who can make influence in others , enthuses them , inspires them and leave a fingerprint in them , not everyone has the ability to do that , but it's all about the charisma that the leader should has

I noticed that I have this charisma when I was young as I used to be the leader of all games I played with other children and in the college also I used to be the team leader of all our research groups and presentations and our group always was the star between other groups as we were well organized and had unique ideas

on my third year in the college, the college administration decided to make a welcome party for new students , I took part in this welcome party to talk with the students about how to manage their college life , actually everyone like my presentation including the dean , so the next year they set me the presenter of the welcome party

so one of the reasons that I am appling for chevening as they search for individuals who can be future leaders and in Egypt especially in pharmacy field we have shortage in this point as after graduations graduates don't know what the next step to do so I hope to be a mentor for them
