to become a global remarkable leader
In the last years, I have been engaged in diverse leadership responsibilities, encountered multiple challenges, and earned a lot of experience.
Leadership to me is about guidance, inspiration, and motivation. To have a positive impact on teams, colleagues, and personal and business networks.
I have been influential to my business and community; with various leadership skills. I have been a project manager for multiple years, in which my roles include setting plans, leading teams, delegate tasks, stakeholders' persuading, and guide new members.
In 2017, as a project management leader in Knowledge Era company, I had a project with a client which his team was resisting the change, and we struggled to teach and guide them, because of the difference in stakeholders' awareness levels. So, I set plans with my team including determined actions approved from their top management.
Then we held many meetings and trainings, provided user manuals, videos, and onsite and online support. After these actions, I was able to motivate them because they realized the benefits and excellent features they will have when making the change, not mentioning the extreme effort decrease and time-saving. As for me, I learned a new strategy to overcome such obstacles and enhanced my team skills in such situations.
In university, I had many hobbies and skills, participated in many activities and organized some, inspired many colleagues, and win over good friends.
I had a great influence on my participation for 2 years in the MARKS student model. As a production leader and director assistant, we were responsible for the yearly final conference movie, but the idea wasn't yet approved, and we were late.
Then we started many meetings with the team leader and members to elect the winning subject, set a quick plan, in which I fully devoted my effort.
After many days of filming, and 12 hours of continuous production effort before the conference night, the movie was ready, and the attendees' reaction was amazing.
New members are continuously joining our career field. However, many of them need guidance and motivation to accomplish their tasks and be aware of the skills, techniques, and strategies to follow. I have designed a training workshops in my field, to train and prepare newcomers for the business. I have some training online, and some others are face to face, I feel responsible to help others gain the proper ability and skills, and feel the satisfaction when I see their success and achievements.
Chevening scholarship will enhance my leadership skills and will allow me to be more influential to my career members, especially with the lack of knowledge upon many. And will lead me to be a global remarkable leader.@yelsh9

First of all, good luck in your chevening application.
Your essay looks great but you need to apply some simple steps to give it a good shape.
The essay structure needs to be better. Introduction, body and conclusion
The introduction must be on one or two skill in leadership that you think are effective in your life.
In the body I suggest you use on of the techniques to make your examples clear: CAR (Case, Action, result) technique or STARL (Situation, Task, Action, Result) technique. They must be in order and they must be clear.
The conclusion your opinion, hopes for future...etc.
Each paragraph should be composed of not less than three complete lines to make it look good and appealing to the reading committee.
