I have become a volunteer English tutor at [name] since 2015 and have enjoyed teaching there. [name] is one of the public services of the government of [name] in promoting foreign language learning. Its purpose is to prepare the people of [name] facing the 2015 ASEAN Economic Community. The participants vary, from professionals to senior high school students, and because of this diversity, sometimes tutors have difficulties in preparing materials to deliver.

I was a part-time English teacher at [name] from 2013 to 2015. [name] is one of leading private English schools in the world and has gained its competency in the world of English language teaching and learning. Having gained the valuable experience working at [name], I rarely have a problem preparing the lesson at [name] yet other tutors experience different circumstances.

Some of the English tutors find it hard to get proper and diverse materials that leads to the repetition of using the same material over and over again. Students who come regularly to [name] may find the class boring as the number of students keeps decreasing during the time. On the other hand, the classes which I conduct have quite large numbers of students. It is the material that I deliver to the class which makes students enjoy learning. Since I have equipped with various teaching and learning resources, I seldom use the same material. In fact, there is positive feedback from students regarding the way I teach and the material I deliver.

After class, tutors always have friendly discussion in tutors' area and I use the chance to introduce useful resources to other tutors. Today, I can say that the number of students is increasing. Other tutors have used various resources to deliver materials such as games, communicative class activities, or fun worksheets and workbooks. I believe that both students and tutors enjoy the learning process now.

Hello Ayu, First of all, good luck for whatever the purpose you are writing this essay for.

Now, to begin with, are you still teaching at that institution? If yes, why have you selected the present perfect tense rather than the present continuous one? There are a lot of tense conflicts which are making the presentation weak. Furthermore, please write [name-1] and [name-2] for more than one institution/place (for readers ease at forum). It's quite confusing this way, specially in the second paragraph.

As for the material, I believe you need to be a bit more detailed. Rather than just saying you are equipped with various teaching and learning resources, it would be a bit better if you could explain what techniques you have used. Do you mean to say you are relying on multiple English language books while the rest of the staff uses just one? If that's the case than I would say, you haven't done anything attractive for the reader to pick his interest, its just that the rest of the staff are way too lazy. It doesn't say much about your leadership knowledge, skills or practice either. I believe, you better include some more concrete reasons in your support.

paragraph one and two are the same because you talked about your experience in teaching, you need to itemize the teaching skills you acquired during your teaching period and develop point on each skill, how you use each skill to solve a particular problem and the method used

Ayu, let's get one thing straight, the issue you are supposed to present has to do with your most recent work related challenge that highlights your leadership skills and ability to work with other teams or organizations. Using an activity that happened in 2015 isn't going to work for this essay. It is too far into the past and does not reflect the leadership and teamwork requirement of the prompt. In fact, there is no real marked issue that you had to deal with in this essay. Try to find a more serious problem, not necessarily work related, that will highlight the leadership skills that you have. It can be some problem related to a community project, a volunteer activity, or otherwise, that required you to become a leader, work with other people, and resolve the problem in a cooperative sort of way. Do some self reflection regarding the prompt requirement. Think of something in the recent past that applies to the leadership and team work requirement of the prompt then write a new essay. That would be the best way for you to develop a proper response that reflects the essay requirements.
