Having motivation and setting a goal is an integral part of each work specially study. First thing first I want to know more about Korean culture and people so I want to try hard in the first year of my study in learning Korean language because it is really important to know about the culture of one country and it helps you with your subsequent research. Another goal in the first year to me is receiving TOPIK score above 5. After the first year I want to focus on my research subject and do a practical research in following two years in epidemiology. xxxx is a developing country and it faces with both communicable and non-communicable diseases, as a public health student it is my task to study on the way to reduce these diseases. I tend to focus on NCDs because I figured out that the previous health situation in South Korea was similar to recent health situation in xxxx and South Korea is a really successful country in declining NCDs, also the incidence of these diseases is low in comparison with xxxx. So I believe that I can learn a lot from professors and other students in my field to help my country and also help South Korea to improve health indexes.

Refer to WHO and other researches NCDs in both xxxx and South Korea are an important causes of deaths especially cancers and cardiovascular diseases. I want to do a kind of research which benefit both countries. By researching on these diseases we can increase life expectancy and decrease DALYs and it can benefit both countries. I want to do a practical research about smoking and cardiovascular diseases and cancers. I'm interested in research on the effects of various strategies on declining smoking and subsequently on decreasing these diseases. For instance, the effect of increase in cigarette cost on decrease in smoking rate. Because of time bound I think that a case-control study is better but I will talk to my professors and find the best way to research on this subject. By studying on these subject we can find the best strategies also we can tell government to implement effective rules, also by doing this research we will be able to reduce the financial burden and DALYs of NCDs in both country and also each country can rise the position of itself in global health system.

Because of my interests in research an epidemiology, I don't want to waste time and money so I will do my best to reach my goals. The technologies in South Korean universities are one of a kind and it's a perfect chance to use them for research, so I believe that I can benefit a lot from technologies, professors and other students. Moreover, learning in class and talking to professors is a perfect way to improve your knowledge, so I will attend my classes regularly and use references and library in the best way. Furthermore, I believe that non-academic activities help you to have a healthy mind and body also these help you to learn more about Korean culture, I've always been interested in east culture especially South Korean culture because there is a balance between culture and technologies so I want to learn more about it. I want to join festivals and exhibitions and I want to join clubs in university to promote my health and knowledge about Korea also other countries.

Rezahaya, the first part of your essay that discusses how you are interested in improving your Hangul skills should be included in the essay about how you plan to improve your language skills while in Korea. That does not belong in the study plan. If you will just reformat all of the information after the language discussion to better represent your research interests towards the completion of your study years, you will have a proper study plan in place. Formalize the presentation in the manner of a thesis presentation. I am sure you remember how to do that. You had to present a thesis paper and defend it before you were able to graduate from college right?

The study plan for the GKS program is the same thing. Indicate the topic, how the research will be done, what you hope to accomplish, and why you believe that doing the research in Korea is the best option for you as a professional who hopes to improve the field you work in. The information you have presented in this essay is enough to create the formal thesis proposal for your study plan so go ahead and reformat the presentation. You know what information you have to present to prove that you will use your study time wisely as a scholar. Bear in mind, this is a tentative proposal. The reviewer will not hold you to this research topic if you want to change it later on.
