Want to study humanitarian action/assistance course in Germany

Hello friends,

I am Dr. Jaideep K. Visave from India. I have done MSc in Disaster Management from Tata Institute of Social Scinces, Mumbai. I have 6 yrs of working experience with India Government omn disaster management.

Now I want to study MSc or MA in following area,

1) Humanitarian Action OR
2) Humanitarian operations OR
3) Environmental risk and management OR
4) Disaster Management OR
5) Natural hazard management.

I want to study the above either subject in germany only becuase there is no tuition fees for education.

I have searched a lot of scholarship programs but they are asking the higher grades in academic.But I dont have the higer grades hence not eligible to apply for scholarship. Now the only option remains to me is pay by own pocket.

Please guide me on this

Ohh yes, I have searched DAAD, study in Germany and as well as other websites also.

Please help me on this.
