I complete my internship in king Faisal specialist hospital in Riyadh. in December 2000, I joined king Abdul-Aziz medical city the biggest medical city in western region which is include tertiary hospital and oncology center , during my 11 years of experience I consider my self lucky cause I have early chance to work in all pharmacy departments and. given the opportunity of practicing clinical pharmacy under supervision of our clinical pharmacist .i have excellent experience in therapeutic use of medication in all specialties, disease treatment guidelines, I also work in drug information center for three years,
In 2009 I completed my master in healthcare services and hospital administration in university. My study in master during weekend for 2 years.

this is sounding a lot like a resume, i mean its a really good list of ideas but it sounds like a list. Also, a lot of your sentences begin with "I...". I think it would be a good idea to vary it a bit. good luck!!
