Computer engineering - SOP Statement of Purpose essay help

I want to assure one thing about the statement of purpose. PLEASE READ I NEED HELP RIGHT NOW

- WHAT IS STATEMENT OF PURPOSE OF KOREAN UNIVERSITIES, especially the GACHON UNIVERSITY If you know?
- WHAT STRUCTURE/ FORMAT SHOULD I FOLLOW TO WRITE?

Currently I am applying to South Korean Universities and some of them requiring STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. I have never heard of this type of essay and I searched and studied about it. Before, I wrote only common app essay PERSONAL STATEMENT but it turned out bad. (During the ED and RD, I couldn't write my essay because I was stuck and my english level didn't reach the level of writing a personal statement essay)

First I am taking help from Educational Support Center and they just told me to write personal essay and they need to send my application. The sample was just list of achievements; experiences; exam and grade scores; and her/his name and family members. I was so shocked by this. My problem is I don't want to write like the sample they sent me. The problem I am suffering is should I write it as same as the sample or try another type of writing. TELL ME THE WHAT IS STATEMENT OF PURPOSE.

MAIN QUESTION: Is it correct that SOP is different than PS? Does SOP must include /The format or structure/ -> Hook, my academic interest, first my academic achievements, extracurricular activities(experiences), passion(why this major and why this school), about English/ Korean language proficiency (I really don't know what to write about in this section as I seen from one example the educational support center sent was just mentioned her/his score he/she got)
Here is my outline - My major is computer engineering. Love technology and Design, coding and as a hobby; dancing and reading book.

Firstly, I write about how much I love and good at every subject and don't know which one to choose to pursue in the future. Then I chose all of them like technology and computer engineering can turn and connect to every subject. So I can study and learn about biology, history, physics and even literature. Then I write about my experiences and achievements so memorable and connected to my major.(1. Should I write all of my achievements or not? If not what types of should I write about 2. Most of my internship and achievements connected designing, web design and graphic design but I am applying to computer engineering. Also, I love coding and engineer.) I thinking to connect my designing skill through website because building a website requires coding and designing skill at the same time. Also I have attended 7 years of drawing and designing lessons. For 3-4 years of coding. Then I will write about my future plan and why the university, korea suits my desire how that can help to reach my dream. Then as the format said mention language proficiency scores and I am also learning korean happily. and Conclusion.

What do you think about this structure and outline please let me know.

A statement of purpose is the written interview that the university admissions committee members use to determine your fit as a student at the university. There are specific information that they look for in your writing such as. Some of the information that they want to learn about are:

1. What was the earliest reason that influenced your decision to seek this course major?
2. What makes you believe that you can make a difference in this field of study and profession?
3. Why did you choose their university? What set their university apart in your eyes? What is special about their curriculum in your opinion?
4. How does the university fit in with your short term career plan?

These are but a few of the information that you can use to create a more interesting and aligned statement of purpose for your college application. The contents of the SOP should never be confused with the SOP. That is a totally different essay with a different writing guide.
