What is your personal definition of Diversity?
Diversity is the uniqueness of a person the thing that makes everyone special in their own way such as; for me to be left handed and play the violin right handed, the thing that makes people one of a kind. Diversity is also what strengthens relationships it's the glue. What one person has a hard time with the other is strong. Life would be dull without some variety. Diversity is like popcorn, each piece is unique. Popcorn may resemble an octopus, the state of Washington, and may not be completely popped. A piece may have a great deal of butter, or it could be pale and burnet. The pieces are all from the same bag, but each one has something about it that is original.
It needs to be about 167 words, and I'm having serious writers block. I don't want to talk about diversity of race and culture.

I think it's better if you add your own experiences with diversity in everyday life and in your reading of literature!
Also, add your comments on why diversity is important based on your examples.
Ex:
New York City is the most culturally diverse location that I have ever lived in. Grant, it is crowded and aversive yet, I find that the diversity can be viewed in many positive aspects. With so many cultures together, we learn to accept others for who they are and hope to assimilate. This is very important because we as humans naturally wish to segregate as seen in history with slavery and segregation. Thus, the rich diversity can allow for peace among masses of people... etc

Thanks, but I don't want to go the cultural route. I have thought of it as not race, sex, or religion. I thought of it as what makes a person special, the personality. I am just having writers block, I can't think of any more ideas.
