Hi seniors, I'm a freshman now enrolls with physics in NUS. But I prefer to change course to Computing Science. Need your help to write online appeal letter(letter only limit within 1000 characters). I need some advises and thank you all! Here is what I try first:

I was disappointed to find out my application to Computing Science (CS) was unsuccessful, since I prefer to be offered a place to pursuit on what I'm good at based on what I have learnt and achieved previous school.

I'm into and good at CS very much, even though the course in local poly is Manufacturing Engineering. But in the 3rd year, the specialization course I chosen is Manufacturing Software Development. I have an excellent work on my Final Year Project as well as I get the Top Student Award. It is to develop a software on Android Platform which I used Java, Eclipse, SQL Database, XML, and Network. Actually, this project is supposed to be done by 2 person, but I done it all by my own. The result of each module related to computer programming is outstanding.

Personally, I have interest in Autodesk 3Ds Max and Photoshop. I also have good senses and comprehending on computer program. I have passions and interests on CS. Interest is the best teacher, talent is a gift. I don't want to lose this chance to study in CS in NUS, even though I already enrolled and accept Physics in NUS.

I hope that you would reconsider my application choice and counter your decision. Thanking you in anticipation.

When I learned that my application for Computer Science (CS) was rejected, I was very disappointed because it is the discipline I passionately looked forward to pursuing and had already acquired a fair amount of knowledge.

... I think you need to re-do this part.... You ideas should flow more logically. Also tell them about your achievements in the field more specifically.
