Could you help me to revise my essay? Thanks a lot~

I shall never forget those cold winter days. In the midnight, when others were asleep, I leaved my cozy dorm and into the restroom at the end of corridor quietly. It was snowing outside; I stood in front of the mirror and began to perform my role. It is a period of time I prepared for the school drama Code Geass. As the assist director, I had so much work during daytime: went through the original work, organized rehearsals and spliced background music. Only at night, I turned to the heroine and endeavored to imitate her temperament. I could not feel my fingers and my breath fogged up the glass; however, I still hold a stack of scripts in my frozen hands and repeated the lines to feel the delicate emotions again and again. No pain, no gain. Though it was chill outside, satisfaction was growing inside.
