'enthusiastic, mature, hardworking individual' - my personal statement on my cv

I am an enthusiastic, mature, hardworking individual and am a great asset to the people around me. I have learnt to be independent, confident, and have the ability to work in a team using my own initiative. I am reliable and dependable and acquire good interpersonal skills. I am a smart versatile person, who can cope calmly and effectively in all situations. I constantly set myself high targets in order to attain my full potential. I also like to seek new responsibilities irrespective of reward and recognition. Overall I like to consider the gift of being very flexible and can adapt myself to any task or situation using my own ingenuity. In my spare time I like to indulge in books I personally believe books has an huge impact on life itself, and my current favourite book is The Kite Runner I assume this book is in relation to friendship and loyalty.
