Why are you interested in the OSU?
Getting adequate education is one of the most important privileges that everyone should receive. Further, college education is indispensable for those who want to be more professional in the specific field they have interests. During my college life in Michigan for two year, I have obtained a variety of knowledge through taking many courses. Thus, studying in the United States is a great opportunity for me not only to gain professional education, but also to experience cultural diversities and participate in many extracurricular activities. In this retrospect, I wish to continue my study at Ohio State University to take a step further towards my goal.
Initially, I am interested in Ohio State University, because I desire to attend one of Big Ten League colleges whose reputation is highly above many other colleges. Therefore, I have chosen OSU that provides me with well-rounded and rigorous education and prepares for the competitive modern world. Through taking various courses at OSU, I am certain that I will be able to become a competent social worker with a degree in economics and business from OSU. Besides excellent curriculum, a huge number of people with multicultural diversities at OSU interest me as well. My future career goal is to become a chief executive officer of an international company in Southeast Asia. Accordingly, meeting many international people, sharing different opinions from diverse cultures and expanding my global perspective will be helpful for attaining my goal.
At Ohio State University, I anticipate myself being able to take an advantage of a huge academic environment, opportunities, and educational values. Therefore, I can be successful in attaining my goals and career that benefits myself as well as society.
