Help please!

I was without any ambition or object in life until I graduated secondary school in Canada. I realized that I should not continue to lead my life aimlessly. So I went back to Korea to find out myself, my dream and future. I buried myself in learning and improving what really interested me such as Chinese, dancing, volunteering in Korea for about a year. I also tried hard to enhance my English. Everything was a rewarding experience. Especially I had an unforgettable time while learning English interpretation. I had to appear in an English institution by seven every morning. There was a penalty-a small file-for being late. I studied fourteen hours a day. It was an extremely harsh situation for any students. I struggled hard to do my best and finished the term without paying any fine for being tardy. I enjoyed it. I met a few young people who had dreams and plans with their lives in that institution. They had a clear sense of purpose and enthusiasm to achieve their goals. While studying with them, I felt I was not lost anymore. I became one of them. One with goals and plans.

My final goal is to enter the political world and make a great contribution to my country. I always want to be recognized as a great person. I enjoy meeting people and like to help them. I love to get knowledge of diverse fields. Above all, I have a desire to change the social system of my country. To achieve my goal, I want good education in diverse fields and many networking opportunities. I need to improve social skills such as leadership, responsibility and the spirit of team work. Transferring to a university is an essential step for the goal. I can gain access to a variety of supports of staffs and peers. I believe I can contribute to the school.

While attending the academy of English interpretation in Korea, I realized that environment is really important. There everyone was eager to learn. Teachers supported them with diligence and humor. The system was well-organized for students. Many universities provide good educational environment. First, they have a number of excellent faculty members and advanced level of courses. My current college only offers general level of courses. Not many sections are available because there are not many instructors. With an increasing aspiration to learn deeper and deeper, I am attracted to the opportunities a great university can offer. More facilities, such as library, gym and rest area are ready for students. As I wanted to widen my knowledge, reading books has been a preferable way of getting it. I would be happy to be surrounded by lots of books in a great library. In universities, systems to support students are well prepared. I enjoy to participate and to work together in extracurricular activities. Leadership, sense of cooperation and other social skills can be improved by club activities. Furthermore, students can make contributions to the reputation of the school through club activities. I will be pleased to join clubs and try to make school to gain more reputation.

The school's support is not the only one that makes a good educational environment. Students' participation for creating academic atmosphere is required and important. A number of students attend university to achieve their goals and they show their enthusiasm. I want to continue to meet people who have dreams. By sharing my dreams with them as I did in Korea, I can learn their know-how to achieve goals and I also can help them. This can strengthen our fellowship and spur us on to succeed. Students with strong will to achieve goals would produce a good environment to study.

While I was in Korea, it was an honor to meet people with dreams. Thanks to them, I could change myself to a man of enthusiasm. I want to keep improving myself. When it comes to achieving my goal, transferring to a university will be a great opportunity. My family, friends and teachers have helped and pushed me to find my way. I owe them a lot. Now I believe I should do my best to return the favor.
