what should you do to be a happy employee?
write an essay about

"What should I do to be a happy employee?" Many students before they graduate from college, start asking their self this question. In my opinion this is too late, because they should ask themselves this question before they even start in their college. They should study the major, that they like and feel comfortable with and not to study what their parents want them to do. Studying what you like is the most important factor in making you a happy employee.

You should study what you feel comfortable with and what you like, not what your parents like. Look what happened with my cousin, who graduated last year, his career is computer engineering. Each time I meet him; he starts telling me about his job and says ,"I wish I studied media". I can tell that he is not happy at all not because of the salary, but because he did not want to study this major from the beginning, but the thing is his parents kept telling him that," you will make a lot money and the computer market is very good these days".

The money is very important too, when you choose your major, you should know how much money you will make. Let's say that you choose to be a teacher for an elementary school, so do not expect that you will make a hundred thousand a year, but if you choose computer engineering you will make it. Sometimes it depends on your responsibility, like me, I have two family one here and the other is back home. Therefore, I should study something that I will earn a lot of money to cover my expenses.

You must know the location; you will work in, in the future. Some people do not like any thing that has something to do with crowd or traffic, so those people will be unhappy and frustrated, if they work downtown. Also you have to make sure that your health will not be affected from the location that you work in. Like if you have a breath problem, you should not work in body shop.

So you have to be careful when you choose your major, because it will determine your future career and if you'll be happy in you job or not. Take your time thinking about your future and your job; you may ask for some advices form your parents and your advisor, but in the end it is your future not theirs.

Many students, before graduating from college, they start asking themselves this question. In my opinion this is totally wrong timing , because they should ask their self this question before they even start in their college. What I mean by that is they should study the subjects that they like and feel comfortable with and not to study what their parents want them to do. This is the most important factor in making them happy employees.

That is an important thought! I think you are right that students should try to determine what will make them happy before choosing a major.

Oh, I see that you are writing "measure" when you really want to write "major." The correct word is "major."

The reader can tell that you are bilingual; it is impressive that you can write i a second language. You need to keep working on verb tense, and a few other things. For example:

So you have to be careful when you choose your major, because it will...

Good luck!!

...you may ask for some advice form your parents and your advisors, but in the end it is your future, and you should follow your intuition . not theirs.

You should feel proud of creating a great piece.
