International Dentist needs to write essay to go to nursing school

Pls help. Need to write 1 page personal essay for nursing school. I am a dentist in my country and want to study nursing here in the US.

Prompt: 1.Development in interest in nursing.
2. How the school will help me develop certain values like altruism, equality, esthetics, freedom, human dignity, justice, truth and wholeness. And its importance to me.

I think,if you have a choice, you should answer the second prompt. It gives you a better oppirtunity to showoffyour abilities. in the second prompt i would focus on on area that they gave you for example altruism. i think if you try and explain more than one value your essay will be unfocused and it could come off as pompess instead of confident. posibly talk about how you have developed values in the past and the similarities the school has with your past development of values. i would continue on to talk about what it is about the school that makes you beleive it has those values that can help you and that attract you to the school. i think the focus of your essay should be the values the school can help you develop.

This may be stating the obvious, but from my experience, the best essays are written when you believe wholeheartedly everything that you say. This means that you ought to deeply consider both questions and find in yourself a sincere theme to guide your writing (adhering to the prompt of course). This method will keep you from writing a contrived response. And of course, you can edit it after the first draft to censure those feelings and thoughts that simply do communicate well.

What is meant by this? I think you might mean "the development of my interest in nursing."
This could include discussion of nursing philosophy (i.e. altruism, human dignity, etc.), so you could actually choose the first topic but also write about concepts from the second topic.

I think that the best thing to do is choose this topic about the development of your interest in nursing and write about what makes you want to choose this instead of some other program. What makes you want to learn nursing instead of continuing with dentistry?

Most importantly, come up with a theme that will help the reader to remember you. Make sure you use a memorable phrase or word, and you can use it in the beginning, middle, and end of the essay.
